| This motor was my first attempt at the
elusive 54mm Single Use motor. It was a total of 16 inches long,
and used an Aerotech Medusa nozzle, drilled to 0.59 inch. Since I
did not have any casting tubes, I made this a monolithic grain, so it
was VERY progressive. Our recording altimeter does show a very
progressive curve. This picture is a 10lb PML Eclipse built
by Erik Hall flying on this motor. This pink flame is VERY
evident.
